OneLight Australia is the brainstorm of Matthew and Francis, directors at Domus Lighting. Looking to expand into the highly competitive market of project-based architectural and commercial lighting, they enlisted the talents of Jenssen to advise and create Onelight Australia an independent company with Domus Lighting backing. Now over 10 years old and with notable projects under their belt, Onelight Australia is advancing to facilitate their growth by celebrating with a Rebrand of Onelight Australia to CoLab.

CoLab, with a team of likeminded professionals is poised to re-enter the market with a big burst of directional light. The state-of-the-art showrooms kick-off the conversation, presenting a range of luminaires specifically designed to suit the market, both practically and aesthetically.

It doesn’t stop there; the last 10 years has undoubtedly proven that not every light fitting fits all spaces. Our Bespoke manufacturing department allows CoLab to adjust existing luminaires, or create made-to-measure pieces-of-art. The factory located in Kingsgrove Sydney is where the magic happens, designing, manufacturing, and assembling, then finishing to a choice of powder coatings for refinement and durability.

CoLab, referring to a ‘collaboration’ between architects, lighting designers, engineers, contractors, and the knowledge base of the CoLab team has an emphasis on ‘Lighting the spaces we live, work and play’. The scale of work is based on production and customisation of quality lighting for the health, retail, hospitality, public spaces, offices, and high-end residential abodes.
