Finishes
Continuing with Colab Lightings philosophy ‘fit for purpose’, one finish may not necessarily be the right finish for your project. Colour, type of finish, and the luminaire’s scene, all contribute to your decision for the finish. We’ve collaborated with several suppliers of powder coatings and wet finishes to deliver you a range of products with purposeful options for your project’s environment. With an in-house 5m long baking oven, powder coating and wet finish facilities, Colab Lighting has the ability to finish all your projects.
TFCoat (Timber Finish Coating) is a new powder coating option at Colab Lighting. Have the warm look and texture of timber on our Linear System aluminium profiles.
With 30 wood grain finishes to choose from, the tough timber powder coat is 50% more durable than standard powder coating due to the unique 2-step process of adhering and baking the grain texture to the underlying powder coat. No logging and recyclable.
